Was it hard to do? Yes. I've done a lot of mods on Spyderco's and other knives ... this was the toughest. I had to drill down through the scale to widen around the lanyard hole, to the level of the liner. Then I had to dremel two channels down to the liner level also. I don't own a milling machine,...

I put a Sage II clip on my Schempp Delica C11JBBP ...
I blued the clip with a blow torch first.

If I only had $70, and could only own one knife, I'd buy a used SS Delica plain edge!!!

Here's a clip I had him put on a Damascus Mcusta for me.
The pic was taken before I sent it to him, but when it was returned, the work was flawless.

Here's a Sage CF that I re-profiled to more of a "Para-Milli" type blade as opposed to a "Leaf" profile. I also totally re-vamped a Chokwe that I got a great deal on ... I shortened the handle and blade more to my liking .... some of the "tradionalist Spyderco ppl" migh...

Well ... by far and away Spydies are my most collected and used ... but here are my other all-time favs ... Top - Buck/Mayo TNT (titanium and s30v) Counter Cloclwise - Left - Mcusta (damascus handle and blade) Bradley Alias II (ti and s30v) Benchmade Mini TiPika (ti and 8cr13mov) Great bang-for-buck...

I haven't read the whole thread, but what's the chance of a Bushcraft in CPM M4?? That would be a "have to have" for me ... also, what's the blade length on these puppies? 4-3/4" maybe?? I 'spose I should go through all 12 pages of replies and that info will be in there somewhere ... ...

I modified my Sage CF to more of a ParaMilitary type blade.
