I feel like Spyderco's rising popularity is bringing new members and the question is just getting asked more. Normally when it comes up though I feel like the response is the same, although normally not for 10 pages.

When we disagree do we subtract from things we agree on or do we just have a separate list?

Lol, victim? No one locked them in a cell while pre-orders were up. If people don't have time to find pre-orders which takes minimal effort, then pay the premium or wait till you find a good deal on one. 204p Para 2s sold out in a week. That's not really a short period of time. Check once a week for...

I don't really feel the need for a 3v Para, but to me the advantage would be not worry about the lateral strength of the blade as much. Not that it needs more lateral strength, just sayin I smell what they're steppin in.

Matt D Tactical and Going Gear have them in stock in black. If you look, you can find a coupon for Going Gear.

Edge retention and toughness are very good. Better than S30v. I think it's easier to sharpen, but I don't really have any S30v and my Elmax hasn't gotten dull yet. Just look up Ankerson's steel performance thread on bladeforums.

Well Cruwear isn't stainless so I would go with Elmax. Elmax is the bees knees anyway. I would DEF get that one.

Ergonomic/functional Improvements and lower price seem like they would have a bigger effect than a little more blade although I'm sure it doesn't hurt.
