Love that color combo, farns, very, very nice! Tod Thank you for the kind words. I have recently gotten into the cord wrapping thing: "A not too much, a much too much". I saw the para-cord thread but I am not at the same level as them, they have some really cool pictures there. I really l...

Lime/Toxic Green would be really cool. Not very good with photo editing but gave it a try.

Well I finally finished it. In general it came out pretty nice but the blade meets handle needs a little cleanup in a couple spots. Learned some good things that I hopefully can improve upon for MT15P. Besides the handle, the CRUWEAR turned out to be a very nice performer in light to medium tasks (a...

I was wondering the same thing. But I did notice it said MT15P so maybe there will still be a MT14P with 204P. I am newer so maybe someone with better knowledge might know if we should expect a MT14P later as well or the MT14P will be skipped.

I just recently migrated from a SAK and have tried most of the knives mentioned here. For me, the lady bug was too small to be used comfortably with tasks like cutting wire, etc. That being said, I have both the FRN VG-10 Ladybug and CC H1 Ladybug and the CountyComm Ladybug would be my choice becaus...

Wow those are awsome backgrounds. A DragonFly arrived today (which one should be obvious from the picture). Thought I would share since you enjoyed the previous set. Basically a picture of the actual scales with artistic effects. Enjoy! http://i1070.photobucket.com/albums/u490/farns1/cloth-bg-df.jp...

First off, welcome to the Forum, farns! And what a beautiful mule - very nice work on the scales! Thank you for the nice comment. It was an experience filled with many lessons learned. And the best product I've found for making knife scales waterproof is Tru-Oil , which is sold in sporting goods st...

This is my first attempt at putting scales on a mule. Except for some overzealous filing in a couple spots I am pretty happy with it. My question would be about finish, I have currently sanded to 600 grit and buffed the handle. It is bubinga and I would like to maintain a somewhat food safe finish. ...
