Re: FRN/Lightweights: I just can’t get into them

I'm the exact opposite, but I'm sure others feel as you do. To me, FRN is the real deal when it comes to Spyderco, and the other materials are just knock offs when it comes to Seki models. I never did take to the Para 3. Its size attracted me but there are others in this size class I like much bette...

Re: Jimping poll

I tend toward liking it if it is done well (grippy but not uncomfortable), but it really doesn't matter that much to me. I've found that I don't like the way BRKT does it on their fixed blades so in this case it is a deal killer. I don't have any Spydercos I find objectionable. My vote went no prefe...

Re: Discontinued List 2021 Speculation Thread

I see Benchmade has their 2021 discontinued out... maybe Spyderco very soon?

My wallet is already very very thin after all those great offerings that surfaced in September.

Re: Knifeworks Exclusive CTS-204P Delica 4

Mine arrived today, color is great and very close to the original ZDP Delica models. Planning to sharpen and use this one for the remainder of the month. I was hoping it would be a little brighter of a green like it appears in the saddle bag photo. It is really a very dark green. Still nice though....

Re: New Spyderco Knives: Reveal #6 in 2020 Coming Soon

I enjoyed this video as well. Good to get another look and see them all at other angles and in different light. I love the beauty and feel of wood and the various species & grains, but I have mostly ruled them out on firearms and knives. Now I'm wondering if this chaparral is going to make me ca...

Well All ... these are finally showing up as "Out of Stock". Twas slow sales for the last 24.

My two pre-orders are supposed to be arriving today so time for me to hang at the mailbox.

These are almost gone and about to run out; less than a dozen and a half remaining as far as I can tell.

Re: Fully serrated Stretch

Having started purchasing Stretch models over the last two years, I've come across the SE for sale (ebay and knife retailers) about twice. You'll likely have to be watching for a while to find one. Good luck!!

Re: Spyderco Nightstick - Neck Knife?

Other than obviously getting to big, I'm not certain what determines a neck knife from one that isn't other than the end user???? I haven't done this before. I've had mine under a hoodie some around the house and feel quite comfortable with it; actually, like it. Seems to ride well and is a quick an...

Still waiting for the official list are we? Til then I'll bet most everyone is wrong with their speculation. Lightweight tools for mountain hiking.. :) Awesome pic. That Rex orange looks at home among the orange on the rock. What elevation? Re: Alert Only Thread - Manix 2 Lightweight CPM-REX45 Burnt Orange FRCP C101PBORE2 Sprint Run

Some first impressions Manix LW Rex45: Knife carries well in pocket. Not as well as a Delica or Sage, but figured it would be more bulky and heavy feeling than it is ... so pleasantly surprised. For my uses, knife seems a little on the large size ... Delica or Sage is a better match to my needs. So ...

This is awesome. I love their forest green with satin blade; still kicking myself hard for not picking up the PM2 when they did it in this combo.

Scored the PM2 NIB at $20 over its release price. It is now pouring green 204P in my world.
