Angus.... you are right sir, I stand corrected. I have run short this month so if you don't mind, place an offer of $500 for me. I will pay you back once I get that west virginia beach front property sold. :D

I think everyone wins. KW and CS both sold out huge in a hurry, Spyderco gets a ton of Para2's sold in a hurry, and we get 2 awesome new blades. The only people who lose out are those that waited or didn't act quick enough.

I'm looking forward to this shade of green as well. If it was going to be the Stag Arms green or another foliage, I don't think I would have ordered one. That green is going to look mean with some of the customizations I know our fellow members will preform.

These are now my newest EDC knives. H1 in the left pocket and SB in the right. This is still along with my Mule rotation. Love the Caly 3.5 I just can't decide to keep it pristine or let the patina go!

Zenith,
Was it just me or did the GB seem to struggle more thru the 1cm pipe vs. the Para 2 that seemed to just slice right thru. Was this edge geometry, relative sharpness, or blade profile? I was just curious.

It's HERE! Wow.... all I can say is WoW as I hold it in my hand for the first time. This is as good as I imagined it. It was slightly gritty at first, but I immediately lubed the pivot and tang. The F&F is of the best I have seen yet from Spyderco. Thanks to all other forum members who have been...

My experiences (very few) with Howe's have been great. Not to mention he always has free shipping, regardless of order value.

Roan, I have notice a similar change on clips from some other manufacturers. Another of my Japanese made knives EL Hombre (CS) has a similar clip discoloration to your Persian. It almost seems like a gun blueing and I like the way it has worn only because it looks unique and gives character. The coa...

I just realized I don't even have a standard Para 2 yet. I have all of the newest uber exotics either here or on pre-order. But I am yet to buy an S30V version. I may not even get one at all. This sure is an expensive year already.

Cruwear is pretty awesome in the kitchen. I am really liking the aggressive edge. Works great on filet mignon as well as chicken breast and jalapenos too.

I agree with this form of parenting. I knew in my day (this wasn't that long ago) that something like that could get me in serious trouble with my parents, so I didn't say it. Removing all moral character from the situation, I wouldn't say it for self preservation alone. This makes these kids not on...

The Hangover
Saving Private Ryan
Shawshank Redemption
Gone in 60 seconds
Papillon
The longest yard (either version)
Rudy
The blind side
Waterboy
Tora Tora Tora
Midway

It is one of my favorites, I got it used from another collector a year ago and at a smoking deal because he had carried it. I have not had the nerve to cut anything with it yet, but I plan to use it one day. For now it keeps my other M2s company.
