Even though I measured 8" on the bar, I get the most accurate sizes by entering 7.75. Otherwise things are a little undersized. Is it my monitor, or maybe a software calculation glitch? Did I mention this is very helpful and cool? The only thing better would be one where you could put two or mo...

Very, very helpful and cool. I tried comparing my Dodo to the screen and it was off by 1/8" but that's still really close and could be because of my innacurate measurement of the black bar (I only have a cheap 6" plastic ruler).

you could a) keep a couple of screws at home (you seem to be breaking the screw, not the clip); or b) move it to a different section of your pocket that is less exposed to snagging as you move Heck, maybe it was a freak accident: I've had mine for months and not caught it on anything, but my t-shirt...

Very cool! Someone on Bladeforums mentioned doing something similar to a d'Alara (sp?) which would end up having a very similar profile to the Ronin/Yojimbo but with a ball-lock. I don't know if they have carried out the project, though.

Have you taken a look at the soon-to-be-released Yojimbo? Sorta Wharncliffe blade, fine point, 2 7/8" flat ground CPM-S30V and G-10 scales?

I don't know if I'll ever carry a Ronin. But I'd be interested in a Yojimbo trainer.

Well ... pre-pre-order. ;-) No money has exchanged or anything.

I wanted to make sure I was ahead of the curve this time so I don't have to wait 4+ months after the release date as I seem to be doing with the ATR.

Me three. I already have an advance order in with NewGraham, but I'd be happy to test another one before my official one gets here.

As one of the people who has an ATR on backorder, I approve of your priorities and can't wait to see one in person.

I'll grab the Yojimbo and Yojimbo trainer as soon as they become available. Thanks!

This is great news. I would be very interested in getting both the live and drone Yojimbos. Thanks, Sal!
