There shouldn't be any issue opening a brand new Native with one hand. There must be something wrong with that knife.

In my uneducated opinion, a hollow grind requires an extra step in manufacturing that increases the cost of making a blade. Flat grinds allow us to enjoy more affordable products. Got bored last night and ordered a new knife I will add to see if I like it :) Finally trying a ZT.

I've been liquidating many the past year, getting down to a few EDC's. The more prices go up, the more I'll get for mine on eBay.

I like splinter pickers. The Pattada has a nice acute tip. The most acute tip I have seen is on the Des Horn.
