Funny what becomes en vogue and what falls out of favor. People are fickle.

I’ve been very content with M4. I like cruwear quite well too. I have not rotated my rex45 into use yet; probably should. I’m finally getting a nice patina on my bhq para 3, and I’m not ready to “move on” from M4! I’d be delighted for them to coexist though!

I like a SE blade as a choice, but not a primary/only, so I voted millie. I recently got my first, a cruwear version, and I like it a lot more than I thought I would.

I bet they feel great in hand. I’ve wanted to round over the scale on my pms/paras.

“Other” My most often carried is my M4 para 3. I find I prefer different knives for different uses. I love the tool steels, but being in Florida there are times the rust proof Salt 2 is the right choice. I swim with it in the gulf and ocean. I wouldn’t do that with M4! Could I get by with LC200N or...

I find M4 and cruwear touch up very quickly on my doublestuff 2 (I don’t have any of the other steels you mentioned in use). If you keep them touched up, you won’t need a more in-depth sharpening session until you reprofile them.

I have one but have only used it to break down some cardboard. The handle is way to skinny and I just can’t get a comfortable purchase on it no matter what I try. As far as the steel PSF27, I love it. Can’t go wrong with the improved version of D2. Just took delivery last night... It's a quite thin...

^^ I like it! That minus the choil would be choice. I guess the choil is necessary to accommodate the lock button.

Waiting to see pac salt prices dip. Current pricing looks like pre map adjustment.
