My only gripe is how difficult it is to remove the lanyard tube during disassembly. I hope I never have to do that. It looks as if it's very snugly placed. I can't believe I just said that I will use a combat knife for food prep. But then again, I hope it never gets to see any combat. Does anyone k...

I nearly enrolled in a pre-order for the Jester but then stopped myself. I love the Jester design except for the actual size. It's too small for me to EDC (gripwise). I would prefer for a Delica4 sized one.

I'm new here so cant really advise on what to buy. But for what it's worth, that's one nice collection. If possible, try a Jester and Meerkat to see if the blade designs appeal to you, but that's not the answer to this Q. Just think you are missing those two designs in ur collection although blade l...

I have two basic Energizer flashlights. One is a wearable LED head lamp. Other is a larger flashlight. These remain at office in case of a building fire. Dont get to use them much and hope I never do. I always have a Mini Maglight in my bag but only use it at night mainly. There is a back up Mini Ma...

Thanks guys. You all are fueling my addiction :)

Perhaps I might do a dual carry, Centofante3 and the Para2. The Centofante3 looks less menacing than the Para2.

you should use it not baby it that is what a knife is made for and while using it you will have a respect for it that you could never feel if you baby it. i say use it and love it. I understand knife nut404 but where I work and live, its not always possible to break out a knife like the Para2 and u...

Thanks enduraguy for the vid. I had not seen that one before I purchased my Para2. Zerimas , it's a basic phone pouch (design by Golla) where I have stopped the velcro from sticking to each other and inserted a laminated card to the side pocket to maintain rigidity whilst being flexible. The main op...

My thoughts on the ParaMilitary2

My thoughts on the ParaMilitary2 I have only had the Para2 for about one day now. So this is not a review. Rather, I am writing down a few thoughts based on the impression the Para2 made on me. Sharpness was tested on the hairs on the back of my hand. I will not cut anything else as this knife will ...

It's the first time I am seeing this model. Love the way the blade fits snugly in the handle when closed. Good buy.

Now I'm gonna stop looking before I get any ideas.

I would love to carry all of them but cant really.

My bag has a Ontario RAT 3 and a SAK Champ. I used to carry a CS American Lawman (the weight did not bother me, nor the G10 handle it has which many seem to dislike) on my FRP. Now that is replaced by the Para2.

My second Spyderco knife (and third and fourth)

Just got the Para2, Endura and GrassHopper. Its gonna be a beautiful week. Note to self, stay away from online stores selling knives until next paycheck. :D http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/dd411/kardinalsyn1/Spyderco%20ParaMilitary2/Picture523.jpg http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/dd411/kardin...

Only this morning I was wondering why on Earth the handles would be made in Earth Grey colored G-10 and not in a nifty color like blue.

Oh well, my prayers were answered this morning.....cool color too.

@ Evil D Yeah, I would also like this version in SS. I would also like to see a heftier/tactical version of this knife in a G10 handle. That would be a nice duo to EDC. @ skatenut Thanks. Its nice to be here. Its too late. Addicted. The Centofante4 looks cool. KnifeCenter did not have it when I was ...

Thanks Jay_Ev. Thought as much too on the anchoring for those screws and the possibility of strengthening the handle. I was a little confused as the reviews I've read and seen on youtube did not indicate the inclusion of steel liners. Maybe I missed it on the Spyderco product catalog as well. Though...

Before this, the only famous bug bite I knew was that of Peter Parker getting bit. I know how you feel. Got a knife to give away as a gift, ended up keeping it. Now, awaiting an Endura4, GrassHopper (both in SS) and my first Para2. The Native5 is on my wish list too. But that will be for the collect...
