Those of you who own a dodo, give it a try for carving. I know, sounds silly, but try it before laughing. :) . I have been quite surprised. I will try to do some little projects in the coming weeks and post some pics.

I personally think I would love a reverse s in the dragonfly format. That blade shape can add a lot of cutting power to a small knife. Not my "grail" salt knife, but definitely something I would own.

You give it a bump! And hey, if by some wild stroke of luck that thing ever gets made, you have to immediately buy two of them, get on an airplane and bring me mine, and paddle out with me on a kayak to christen them!
