Dear kojaq48:

Welcome to the Spyderco Forum.

Could you please tell us what portion of the blade has the chips? I see them clearly in the photos, but I'm not positive where they are on the blade.

Thank you.

Re: We need a small fixed blade Ronin, like “Enuff-Ronin”

Hey, All:

Thank you for your interest in a smaller Ronin. I have some ideas and will start working in earnest on a design after I return from the upcoming IWA show in Germany.

Re: MT40P – HIC Mule Team Dropping Soon!

Dear DocJekl:

In my experience, the 400 mesh on the SharpMaker diamond rods was too coarse to create a sharp apex. They removed material, but did not produce a sharp edge. A finer grit diamond abrasive (600-grit) did a better job of that.

Re: MT40P – HIC Mule Team Dropping Soon!

We sharpen on a hard wheel and WorkSharp's 800-grit diamond stones will sharpen the HIC Mule, so I imagine Wicked Edge's will also.

Re: Spyderco SLIPITs SE question

Hey, All:

The biggest market for our SLIPITs is Europe. Europeans also have a clear preference for PlainEdge blades and rarely buy knives with serrated edges. It's basically a matter of market preferences.

Mike
