it's common here, really sick people steal the brass and copper letters from gravestones and sell them as scrap metal, in some bad neighbourhoods they even take off telephone poles and basically everything they can take apart.

i can't even imagine such a thing!

but there is no need to wait for karma to pay him, a person able to do such a thing is already a miserable man, be sure of that.
