Re: What’s up with the military?
I don't have any data to show this, but I think the reason the Para 3 didn't show up on the "favorite models" thread but has the most variants available right now is because it isn't necessarily popular with knife afi's but is very popular with the general public/more casual knife people....

Used the Para 3 to trim old adhesive and manky caulking around my bathtub and toilet during renos.

I'm also hoping to see a SPY27 Millie in the next Reveal.

Province. Since it's all just home and garden, never knew I had so many tasks that a big knife would do better. I'll second the Province - it's compact, tough, light, looks amazing and takes zero crap. It's not cheap, but it sure is expensive! Shout out to the GB2 - for being classy and a workhorse...

Re: Any Spyderco Military sprint runs or exclusives coming out besides REX45?
So please Spyderco, Dealers, and anyone else who cares - don't forget about the Military or deprecate it in the mix of products. There's clearly a lot of Millie-lovers here and we are patiently waiting to try novel steels on Spyderco's most versatile showcase knife. Being newer to Spyderco, I still...

Re: Any Spyderco Military sprint runs or exclusives coming out besides REX45?
Yeah that's one way to do it. Would trade all of those for a Millie in K390..If BBS ever did a Ranger Green K390 Millie I would probably be done buying Millies for a long time..K390 really rides a fine line between being to brittle to use hard but still retaining a crazy amount of edge retention an...

Re: Unpopular opinions
My Spyderconfessions go something like this: - I don't like wireclip, and I prefer the stock spoon clip over aftermarket deep carrys. - I take clips off to improve ergos - then might put them back on if I feel like "freeing up" pocket space. - Oh yeah, and I much prefer black clips to silv...

Re: Province users' opinions
My experience is much like other’s here: - Sharper than anything else I’ve ever had out of the box - maybe the Stretch Vtoku was close, but the Province - zowie. - Handle is very comfy, good for swinging at branches and honing in on smaller stuff. - Handle is maybe a little slick, but actually gets ...

I wonder if we'll see the next batch of K390 "Endura" Series in the next reveal. Like the Stretch 2, Endela, Wharncliffe Delica, Police LW, and maybe even a Jester !? Yes please, I'm jonesing for the Stretch K390. This first announcement of K390 Seki's came sooner than I expected, and hop...

Re: What will you be getting from the new reveal?
Not sure anything is a certainty right now, but I'm most intrigued by: Canis - made a few comments in the Heinous thread: the blade looks toothy, thin, hollow and sharp. Handle should be comfy. Really want to get my hands on this one. Little native S90V - I really like Golden's all-CF handles, never...

Re: The heinous Canis
If it didn't have that enormous swedge thingy, it just kills it for me. My thoughts exactly. I really like the looks of that handle, even the aggressive jimping. Love blade shape as well...but that swedge makes it an easy no go. Really ruins the look of it. I quite like the look of the swedge and s...

Re: He-Man Military Lover's Club - Enlist Here
Please sign me up for more Military. I have three, love them all and still hungry for more. K390 is the talk of the town these days, S45VN with the diamond milled green scales completes the series, and M390 and/or Cruwear in the latest CQI configuration would certainly blow my skirt up . Okay, we a...

After a bit of selling, saving and suffering, I pulled the trigger on a Province yesterday. No shipping notification yet, but I'll count it as "in the mail" That strikes me as one that's a tough pill to swallow when looking at the price...but totally worth it once it's in hand! Hope you e...
