there's no arguing the spyderhole is the best opening system in the knife world.

i thinkmost of my fellow forumites missed the fact that you want to pry with your knife...
i really don't know if there is Spyderco for that. maybe something with a big blade: Tuff, Valloton, LionSpy maybe.
but in the end no knife is gonna resist forever what you described.

my "R" is serrated so someone will have to handle this one

old pic but you can clearly see that the major redesign was between the I and II.
II has different blade shape/grind and different handle compared to I.
III is just the FFG version of II.
