Looks like mine. The Delica 4 has a more robust tip than the previous models.

Dragonflies are infinitely more useful for EDC type of tasks. Small size, but great ergos allow it to be used for bigger jobs. Ladybug/Jester would be somewhat limited in what they can be used for.

Sorry about the loss, a pink D4 would perhaps be easier to find in the woods.

At work today, a White D'fly PE, a D'fly SE, a 1st generation D'fly PE and a Generation 1 Delica. At home tonight, just the D'fly 1st gen.

I can think of three friends who carry either Byrds or Spydies after I helped guide them to them. One carried a Buck, the other two were non-knife people before hand.

If I could only have 1 handle material ever it would be FRN, without a doubt.

Spyderco has never really used a bad steel per se. I throw a Delica 1 into rotation from time to time even if the steel isn't all that super by today's standards.

I sometimes have a Spydie under my pillow, at least I'm not the only weirdo...

A good knife with a dull edge is not going to do its job well. Look into a Sharpmaker if you want an easy way to get good results. In general diam...

They are pinned. You can see the pins on many of them after they get a fair bit of pocket time. From the factory they are polished so you can't see them.
