The one knife? No, but many come close, and are "the one" for a while.
But it's a Spyderco for sure.

For a vehicle knife, the primary use case I consider is to cut yourself out of tangled and or broken seatbelts, should the car flip over, or catch on fire, or get caught in a flood: and therefore some kind of serrated sheepsfoot blade is best (so you can cut the seatbelts without injuring yourself)....

Gave a Brouwer to my dad because the ergonomics didn't work for me. He carries it whenever he wants to have a knife available but doesn't want to risk damaging/losing his fancy older Benchmade.
