Re: If the Endela were a Salt....

I'm kind of digging the "Oceanic salt". It has a good ring to it.

Re: Spyderco Photo of the Week Contest!

Hey thank you Larry! It's an honor to win this week. To be honest I thought about saving it for another week because of that beautiful kapara shot from mushroom. Let's start another week people! You all are the best!

Re: Let’s see your 2 inch/5.08 cm Spydercos

Sooooo let me clear this up a bit lol. There is no actual discoloration on the edge. It is simply light reflecting off of a grinding mishap from seki. The house was behind me, so that's probably where that color came from. https://i.imgur.com/mB37T9M.jpg Love this little lady, I dont think I'll ever...

Re: Let’s see your 2 inch/5.08 cm Spydercos

Well, your picture didn’t help my wallet any, either. :D I am impressed with H1 in a way I’ve not been with other steels. I ignored it for years because I did not need a Salt knife. I was hugely mistaken. This is a true super steel. Hit the nail on the head there! It all started this past June when...

Re: 2nd run Teal Dragonfly

Anyone think this run will have Sal's mark on the blade? I know they changed it recently. Would be pretty cool if it was there Just checked mine from this run and can confirm that it does have Sal's makers mark. :spyder: Sweet! Thanks mushroom! I'm glad they added it to the seki line. Just wish it ...

Re: Sticky compression lock

I once had some lock stick after I disassembled and reassembled one of my pm2s. Along with a decreased action, it didn't even sound the same. I tried everything. Rotating the stop pin, pivot tension, graphite, silicone, none of it worked. I took it apart again and my problem was the orientation of t...

Re: Forum Knife 2020 - No Holds Barred!!!

How about a maxamet kiwi 4 with textured titanium scales. Forum 2020 engraved on the TI backspacer. Always wanted to try the kiwi but I'm kind of a newb and missed the boat on that one. I'd be cool with that as well. Such a cool looking knife, would love to know how it felt in hand. Last I checked,...

I'd have to say the native chief, followed by the lil native, haven't tried either of these models but I love me some patina and i only really buy one of each model/steel. Trying to decide which one would be a better fit for the steel. Hmmmmm.

Re: Manbug lockbar travel

My HAP40 Manbug is the same way. I don't have any Ladybugs handy, but it seems like they do require more manipulation to unlock. Either way, it doesn't bother me at all. The lock on the Manny is perfectly adequate Hey robbob, thanks for the reply! That's all the confirmation I needed, there's no bl...
