Re: Best Pistol light for Glock 17
I totally agree mono. I have been fortunate enough to not have any problems with SL thus far. I've always drooled over the surefires but have yet to feel the need to break the bank. But I will..someday! If you do, you might want to check out one of their "vintage" LED models. The new kind...

Re: Best Pistol light for Glock 17
Streamlight all the way. I have many of there lights. Surefire makes nice stuff but not for the price. I do have to say that as someone with a lot of experience with both brands, Streamlight can be hit-or-miss. And very much so. Some of their lights are excellent. Some are good. And others are unre...

Re: Best Pistol light for Glock 17
I have a wholesale catalog that shows the retail on that one at 151.95 so i would hope to get it for under $100. What about the cr2 lithium battery ? Are they easy to find and inexpensive? You can find CR2 cells at the big retail pharmacies. They are expensive though. Unlike CR123 cells that can be...

Re: Best Pistol light for Glock 17
Streamlight's TLR-3 model is worth looking into. Very compact, with a polymer housing. Easy to tighten or remove the light from the pistol. It's not the absolute greatest out there, but the price is very reasonable. Just a suggestion.

Re: Time for a tiny carry!
I'm seriously considering getting a very small Case knife (Peanut). With it's tiny size, traditional look, and stag handles; only the most die-hard sheeple will freak out when it gets taken out in public.

Re: Norwegien Prison system: Could it work in USA?
Two words..... "Cultural Differences." No way in **** that type of system would work in America. Biggest reason.... Every homeless person would commit a major crime to live in the lap of luxury at a large complex that would be a "Prison" in name only. Free food, free housing, fre...

Re: Your top 3 (Owned) Spyderco folders
Top Three?? So hard..... But if I must: 1 - Spyderco Endura4 with grey handle 2 - Waved Delica 3 - Centofante III My reasons..... #1, when I first learned of the utterly disgusting, obscene, and downright criminal actions of Manhattan D.A. Vance (most of you know what I'm talking about) I decided to...

Very nice 61', mine is probably one of the smoothest shooters I have. They just dont make pumps like those Winchesters anymore, feels like that slide is running on bearings. Per Monocroms request here is my 10/22 take-down with an AGP collapsible stock and TSR200 Tech sights. http://i536.photobucke...

You walk out your door, and someone stabs you for that speeding ticket you gave them 5 years ago because they're scheduled to die tomorrow. Law enforcement would be a nightmare occupation.

Okay, it's official.... Worst snow storm in NYC history!!
Not kidding, it's actually official. Remember the monster snow storm New York was supposed to get last Winter but it was mild. Well, it came; one year late.
