What is it?

I have an all stainless 3' spyderco that I have not seen anywhere else. The handles are 3', the blade is 2" on one side the blade has Seki-City Japan and the other has Spyderco Gin-1 stainless, the blade spyder edge. Never seen it in catalogs or stores, any one got a clue?? Thanks akbell@atlantic.net
