I sincerely echo the previous posts Kristi. If you are a religious person, pray for the strength to get through this. I can honestly say, through my own experience with this; it works! Take care of yourself.

I could not find the throwers on the Spyderco Products Page. Found the "Throwing Knives" but once the page loaded no knives there, nada, zilch, zip. Have I been bamboozled ?

Re: Benchmade/worksharp edge maintenance tool

It could be a handy item to put in a backpack or a vehicle glove box. I think I will hold off on this one in the hope that Spyderco will come up with something better that is uniquely theirs...maybe the SpydieStone or SpydieHone ? [Note: Any names or slogans I put on the Spyderco Forum become their ...

Re: Texas Bans on Clubs (Tomahawks) and Knuckles Repealed!

I stand corrected, "pressure" was not the best choice of words here. Changing some folks minds can be a monumental task sometimes. Let me say it took them long enough, but at least they were open (for whatever the reason) to the idea and took action. Thanks Doug for the clarification!

Re: Texas Bans on Clubs (Tomahawks) and Knuckles Repealed!

Very good news. It seems that many states are taking a look at their current knife laws, mostly due to outside pressure. THANKS DOUG & CO! Knife rights is making a difference.

How do and welcome aboard John! I have an early version of the Manix 2XL and have discovered it is one fine knife. Larger folders appeal to me and this is exactly that, a large, appealing folder. Take care and chime in often.

I think a Manbug with a cruwear blade, black carbon fiber scales, and a wire clip would be the perfect 2019 Forum Knife. I'd be down for a handful myself! :D

Shout-Out to Candy...SFO

I placed a phone order for two Spyderco Knives today and had the pleasure of speaking with Candy. She is very knowledgeable and proficient. Her personality is upbeat, and she makes you feel comfortable instantly. It was a pleasure doing business with her (Spyderco). Keep up the GREAT job Candy!!!

Re: Cleaning G 10 scales?

I agree with JD Spydo. Ballistol works great on G-10 scales in addition to a myriad of other things. I have been using the stuff for the last 8 years with no issues whatsoever. The bigger can of Ballistol will be the best value for you. A little goes a long way so you will have enough for your entir...

Re: Cruwear What is the problem?

I don't think Spyderco got to where they are (TOP DOG IMHO) by making the wrong business decisions. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and desires, but the aroma of self-righteous indignation is starting to permeate some of these posts. And now back to the regularly scheduled programming. :D

I too recommend the Sharpmaker. If the job requires more extensive measures I use my KME guided sharpening system. Both of these sharpeners have never failed me.
