Find carrying a PE there is a few times I might need a SE and with carrying a SE there is a lot more times I wished it was a PE. Have carried a combo before but find I always only sharpened the PE as the SE didn’t get as blunt. This led to blade distortion after a few times. So now I just carry one ...

The best thing is the handle, try using one without ;) This! There are a lot of sharp things that you can use to cut stuff, but they're worthless if you can't hold them! Being a ex butcher I bone and roll nearly everything and use the bones for gravy stock.

Having plenty of butchers netting makes it easy

I for one preference the H1 in both edges, use Pacific Salts PE on the boat in the Tropics and it’s great to hear they are staying H1 in the PS2s

I think Sal,s response to a post about not making deep carry clips to not step on the toes of the smaller players that already made them convinced me that Spyderco was a brand I wanted to be aligned with.

Have a lot more fixed blades than folders.

I get stick from the misses because:
I have a knife from France with 5000 year old bog wood handle with mammoth inlay I use just for tomato’s
A Japanese butchers knife with 127 layers of steel just for meat.
Etc......
(Each one hand washed after each use)
