Yeah, it is a looker; photogenic in the right light. But let's not derail this conversation about lemons.

For Cobra. This is the only pic I have where it shows how white/silver the etching is on the PM2. Can you upload a pic?

Re: 2018 Forum Calendar Contest!

Can't get enough of carrying and using these two knives, in one flavor or another. I admire how one appears a scaled version of the other, yet different in many ways. I enjoy the seeming simplicity of their design, the elegance of each style. I appreciate the combination of light weight, durability,...

Re: That thing you're not suppose to do ....

Perhaps the terminology is confusing. There should be only one definition for warranty. It is either covered by warranty or it is not. But there are three ways a returned product will go through the RMA process. Level one - warranty eligible. Company will fix or replace the product free of charge. L...

Sorry, disregard my comment about loosening the stop pin screw. I misread your post.

If your blade falls freely, then it is not what I thought it was.

Re: How have you preferences changed over the years?

My preference, as far as Spyderco is concerned, is toward a style. Most of my blades are based on my first and still favorite, PM2 - FFG and blade shape. Eight models on my radar which fall into this category; Military, PM, Para, Police, Delica/Salt, Endura/Pacific Salt. I will add Native and Manix ...

Our shipping department is probably wondering WTF is happening to our shipping pallets. They don't realize one needs to practice knifing skills.

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??

Loving the already used look ! That clip looks much better than the one with the lanyard hole in it ... Yard work took its toll. Must have cut some dirt infused ropes or branches, which scratched the surface. Pocket clip was a beat up black one from PM2. Took a fine sandpaper to it to give it a lit...

In pocket last three days, including hike, ride, food prep, and two days of yard work.

Now it's looking to bump my Native as office knife?! Hopefully the novelty will wear off soon.
