Congrats! Never got around to it this year. Thank you Spyderco for this awesome contest, may it continue next year.

The PM2 will sell whether it's full salt or half salt. Even no salt.

You could release a "PM2 retro" in GIN-1 and it would sell.

You could also release a "10th Sprint Anniversary" in CPM-D2 and it would sell out (foliage green of course).

I'm in though if it happens.

Nice story and welcome to the sickness. Loved the 20CP sprint, I purged a huge chunk of my collection and that knife fetched almost $400. Hard to find PM2 I guess. Kept in touch with a couple of the guys who bought the rarer Spydies from me though. We are a small and dedicated group.

I've been thinking on it. I got their m390 blue PM2....twice. First one got beat to heck, second one I couldn't bear to use. I refuse to start collecting pm3's, but m390 is good EDC steel for me.

I wanted to see them all again now that I know who won, figured some of you guys might want to as well. Well this makes 3 PM2'S I've bought since I sold off some 16 of them. Guess I'm starting the PM2 collection back up again.......can't wear out the one in my pocket as it is.

I sadly had to dig through a pile of PM2's to sell to buy a new grinder. Thought this was interesting...a series of para military and each one is in a different steel. Sold my XL because I thought it was too big. Front pocket, jeans, and I keep my keys on that side. Prefer reaching past a PM2 myself.

The wife is of the opinion that anything that can't survive a trip through the dishwasher doesn't belong in a kitchen. She's destroyed tons of plastic stuff with this philosophy. Anything marked "not safe for dishwasher" gets used once and put to the test. I finally have her leaving my kit...

That being said, if Bento had an m390 PM2 for sale I'd gladly pay retail.
