After the whole COVID thing and GEC announced they were no longer producing anymore SFO’s the prices have gone through the roof. Ebay prices are nuts. As ...

Re: what's best back pocket knife for doing stupid things?

I can only think of one knife that I have seen driven through cinder blocks and batoning through 8 and 16 penny nails. It’s not a spyderco. Out of respect PM me if you want to know.

https://i.imgur.com/4iUSG5p.jpg Isn’t that a Great Eastern Cutlery Conductor? By the time I realized they had dropped, they were long gone. 😕 One of my friends is a Great Eastern Cutlery dealer. He got a decent number of Conductors in stag. I checked with him about an hour after he released them. H...

Re: National Knife Day= Epic Mail Call

Looks like some kind of old troughs..the first ditch witch? Or some kind of harvester conveyer...maybe an old potato harvester? Definitely horse drawn. My grandpa has a bunch of old equipment like that around his farm. He’d probably know exactly what it was if he were still around!

Re: Talking about your traditional knives

I got one of the jigged bone 33s a couple weeks ago, I didn’t fancy any of the stags. I’m very picky on my stag knives and this time around it was an absolute crap shoot. Thank god I have a great relationship with a local dealer who holds one of each new release for me if I want it. https://i.imgur....

Re: Cookware Pt II,,,,seasoning your cast iron???

I just put a little oil in mine and let them sit in my smoker for a day. I haven’t had to season any new ones for a long time though, they tend to last forever!
