I could handle in the low $200's and grab one knife. I wish they had a long carving knife that was a little less "tall" if that is the right word. From edge to the spine. That large chef/carving knife is a little taller then I would want, but I would still grab one of those awesome knives.

The coating on the pac salt wears of pretty fast, (so do the serrations :P) I don't mind though.
