Let's hope your ideas make it into production.

Production capacity is probably the last hurdle for Spyderco to get this in production. They are working to solving it, but like many things these days, the timetable is fairly open-ended.

Tip-up and tip-down carry isn't really a debate. It's just a matter of what works best, and that depends on:

1. Where you carry (pocket vs. waistband, etc.)
2. Size of the knife
3. Deployment method

At least now we see the power of a fully operational Deathstar social media account! Certainly brought a lot of people to the site. Way more than they planned for, it seems. It's a double-edged sword once all the new people start complaining about the experience, however.

I think it is due to the lack of sheaths. Same for the Swicks.

Yeah, second and last time is a failure as well. I'm just abandoning the cart and moving on.

Trying again, still cannot connect. Strange how some get doubles & triples and other cannot even get the site to load. Must have something to do with how the network traffic is handled by Spyderco's hosting company.

Remember, you weren't patient enough to get the item that sold out while you waited for the server to respond after it fell over.

And we are done with this farce. As I expected the item I wanted went out of stock while I waited for the rickety server to catch up. I want my hour and a half back.
