I was going to tell a joke about time travel, but you didn't think it was funny.

I'd like to see a Cru-carta exclusive GB2 or GB1!
That would be fun! Has there ever been a Taichung exclusive?

Re: Gayle Bradley

Ya I think I paid $120 when these dropped directly from one of my favorite dealers before MAP.

Re: Tanto PM2 Support Thread

Not a tanto fan, big PM2 fan. I think the high price made the decision for me. However, maybe it will also deter flippers?

The wave PM2 stuck around a while, but I'm guessing this one will be more desirable.

Re: Anybody else want Rex45 as a Production steel?

Rex 45 Cruwear 4v M4 52100 I would like for there to be a production option for all of these. I would be happy for a production version of any of these. I love this list. I would love for all of these too. I'd especially love to see M4 in the Seki line-up. I want an M4 delica. Actually, I want like...

Re: Anybody else want Rex45 as a Production steel?

REX45 continues to impress me, and the PM2 has been back in my pocket lately. However, not sure it makes sense as a full lineup from Golden.... How about REX45 out of Taichung? Sage5 LW? Chaparral FRN?

Re: Help me pick my next Spyderco

Sounds like the Siren is a sure bet (and a great knife). I say go with the XL scales, I never liked "jade" :) However, the new TiCN Endura has been in my pocket since I got it. The reduced thumb ramp and lower spine on the E4 feel better for me in hand than the Pac Salt2. Though the liners move the ...

Re: First Spyderco maxamet ?

If you are thinking Para3, I'd seriously recommend the FRN Lightweight. BD1n is a great steel so I wouldn't discourage the base model. It will also sharpen much easier than either of the steels you mention. Do you already own other "super steels" in other brands and are confident in sharpening them?...

Re: All I want for Christmas...

Rc bladeworks. Might be interested.

Sharp dressed knives. Depending on market demand.

Shepherd CC. Takes forever but would do it by hand. I was his first Manix2 LW project and he came through eventually.

BOOMER52 might. I sent him my Endela for his CAD drawings and worked on a custom design.

Re: Unpopular opinions

Many of the new compression lock models would be better suited with a backlock or liner lock. All LW models should have a deep carry wire clip, especially if there is already a G10 version with the spoon. The PM2 LW with a deep carry wire clip should be Spydercos #1 priority. Spyderco kitchen knives...

I agree that the PM2 LW will likely come first, and I'm still betting on a Manix2 LW Salt to match the Native5.
