I don't think the Spydiechef is overpriced. Build construction is great and it builds character quick.
I want a 4.5" Spydiechef.

This and less belly to facilitate better chopping not rocking (as santokus are meant to be used)

make all the tools lockable

I think the rusting were caused by the bloke's tears that fell on the blade which he forgot to wipe off when he hastily packed it back up in its box to be resold immediately

you are going to buy both knives in the future anyway so why not just do it now and sleep better :D

Why is everyone so into lc200 all of a sudden? Because it is a fantastic steel that requires zero maintenance and throughout my usage(contractor) has outperformed S110V in everyway except edge retention. My poor S110V Native 5 and PM2 have seen zero pocket time since my Caribbean arrived last year....

im in with lc200n and a thinner bladestock

stretch the blade out to 4" and make it LC200n then slap in some solid titanium slabs and it will be the spydiechef 2- my dream folder!
