I'm struggling with my SB Stretch. It is my first stretch and it just can't seem to knock the Para2 out of my pocket. It is sitting new in its box while I decide if I really want it or not. I take it out every few days and handle it but just can't decide if I want to keep it or use it to fund anothe...

Wait for the fluted carbon fiber or some other sprint. This one is nice but not worth what the flippers are wanting.

I love my satin camo S30v but if you are set on a sprint then I would just wait it out.

The thread is titled "Idea for a hard use folder" not "Should a knife be used for hard use/What is hard use". I too am from the camp that believes that if you are using your knife that hard that you should be using a different tool but that is not what the OP wanted to discuss. I cannot believe how ...

They need to stay consistent in order to stay true to their purpose which is to compare various steels with a consistent platform.

Hope so. At that price how can you resist? I want to see what the dark blue looks like. It is supposed to be midnight blue I believe. The darker the better for me. :D

Mega Yojimbo, does that mean 3.5" blade? I could be into that. :) I say 3.5 because that is our limit here in CO.

I can't. If it had a clip I would own one. I shouldn't complain, they need to make a clip-less knife. I just wish it wasn't that one. That said, I have handled it many times and like everything about it. It is insanely light and air is a fitting name. I also like wharncliffe blades. It also has tita...

This is a dream of mine. Ti/integral compression lock Para2. Hi Tricker, the term "Frame-lock" was created because makers didn't want to say Chris Reeve's "Integral lock". (which I believe Chris trademarked). We just call them "RIL" or Reeve Integral lock. We've been calling the the integral compres...

Two, usually a larger knife and a smaller knife. Para2 in RFP and a delica IWB at 3 o'clock when wearing jeans. That is my most common combo but I mix it up when I am wearing slacks or sweatpants.

I carry a leatherman wave too.

The exchange took two months? You left this post and are not going to check back in or comment again? Why post at all?

In the spirit of "shiny footprints" I'm gonna keep my theories to myself.

It isn't exactly a small knife but I carry my neck knives with a lanyard that came with my FourSevens Quark Mini. It works well. The slide clips make it secure. I am sure you could fashion one up that looks and works similar to it. Should be able to find a good clip at the hardware store and you may...
