Do you guys think the ones on eBay are the real or is it to good to be true?

I paid with Paypal and am comfortable with the risk. Iirc, the only fake Salt out there was a Dragonfly some years ago. Guess it's posssible that more fakes are out there, but kind of hard to fake a rustproof steel.

Just grabbed one of these, crazy deal. Serrated dlc would have been my first choice, but for a $40 difference I think the PE will be just fine. :)

Re: Going to the SpyOpera.

I would so be into this but for one glaring fault, no left hand option! It's especially annoying that for some reason the Swayback being an obvious right hand design in every way has a left hand option. But a unique small lockback isn't? I don't get it at all. This was the one that I was really int...

Re: Appeal to bring back the stunning Titanium UK Pocket Knife

I'm not big on metal scales, but the PITS won me over after I picked one up on sale when they were disco'd. Since then I've wanted a ti UKPK, but as others noted they're rare and expensive on the secondary market. As much as I'd like to see a redux though, I'm not sure I'd be a buyer if the street p...

Re: Experiences with CTS BD1 N in SE (CE)?

Pointy SE Z-cut here, only had it a couple of weeks but have been super impressed with it in the kitchen. Amazed by how it can slice through smaller loaves of bread with virtually zero crumbs left on the board. Imagine this is as much a function of the thin stock, serration pattern, and sharpness as...

Epic story! Thanks so much for sharing, it was a great read. This bit really threw me in a time warp though: There’s the small scratch I put in it opening a bottle of Bass Ale at the yellow house following the Cramps concert at Bogarts in 1990. My buddies and I wanted to go to that show soooo bad! W...

A bit late to the party on this I guess, but just picked up a pointed serrated one and have to say it's excellent.

Thin and slicey bd1n, spyderedge, made in the USA, $20????

Dunno what took me so long...

Re: How do I take care of K390?

Yeah, keep it dry and/or lightly oiled. K390 will form a black oxide layer and start pitting very quickly in damp/wet conditions in my experience.

Re: Stretch 2 sprint run

It's great. Color is great, blade shape is great, stock thickness is great, price is great, being under the radar and still available is great. Only thing I need is one of those sweet deep carry clips to put it over the top.

Oh yeah, and the Stretch 2 ergos are great. Y'all haters be trippin. :D

Re: Does anyone have ANY info about where the GB2 is?

Sent you a lead via pm, but don't know if it's really in stock there. Let me add it to the cart though. Country Knives has it available for a premium. Knife Center has a pre-order so at least it looks like they expect more sometime?

In regards to the above reference to the “spinning pivot” And the earlier reference to a “self destructing pivot” by a different poster (not sure which model that was in reference to).... can someone explain in laymen’s terms what these remarks are in regards to? Are people talking about when they ...

You need to go to the "Made to Order, 2 Scales" section, select the material, then select the model.

Re: Fastest selling Sprint knife?

The Dark Green S110V Native forum knife was sold out in about 2 hours. Though, I think the forum knives are considered an exclusive or something separate. That's the craziest release I was a part of. Believe it was the first Spydie folder in 110v and the k390 mule also dropped at the same time. Pan...

Iirc, I read a while back that firesideco would make them, but assume it would be a custom order and you may need to send the knife in?

Have been meaning to follow up on that actually, but keep blowing my play money on other new knives. :o

^Very nice. Outside of Spydies I'm a big Bussekin junkie.

Had my first ever Benchmade land yesterday. Got a very nice deal on a 417 FACT off the BF Exchange. Have wanted one of these basically since they came out but was hesistant to "cross the line" lol.

Sweet! Think I'm officially hooked now. :) The Starling is really nice for the price. The f&f isn't quite as good as the Jester, but I didn't expect it to be. https://i.ibb.co/GnfhkXR/2020-04-01-13-45-39.jpg Manbug Salt will remain on my keys. The HB and Starling will get fobs and go into pocket car...
