If it's on the side stating the blade steel and showing the logo, it sounds like a collectors number and would be normal.

I too had an orange Dodo, not to toot my own horn, but I am a pretty proficient sharpener and even it through me for a loop. I think a re release in a SE would be great. I loved the feel and odd look to it. I still say carry it though. If you don't dig it sell it then.

In pictures it sort of looks like orange paint that got some brown accidentally mixed in. I like it, its just sort of an off color? Mine will be here tomorrow. Excited either way.

That looks stellar. I too hope they don't insta sell out. But if it is a run of 1200 I suspect they will sit for a day at least. Hopefully anyway.

Just received the latest Spyderco Byte which says the Positron will begin shipping early October. By my calendar, October starts tomorrow. Woohoo!
