Unfortunately, I still haven't found anyone who does pre-orders on the s110v native. :( And there's a moonglow and CF versions of the Native5 due to come out. I wonder why the sudden decision to provide so many Native 5 options by Spyderco. This knife is one which I am more inclined to buy than to ...

Thanks bh49. I have been wanting the Native 4 for a long time. It was discontinued before I started buying Spydies. Good that I did not buy a N5 yet.

I have that on my phone. The image is on page 35 (of 39). Look for the topic called blade shapes. That will make things easier I guess.

Reading through this thread was sad as well as enjoyable. I like the story behind the blade. For me it enhances the character of a blade. Thanks for this thread.

Like I mentioned before, this will be the first time I get a chance to buy a Spyderco forum knife. I hope that it will be one that I like. Can't wait for the update on when this would've available.

Only one regret. The SB Caly 3.5 I bought had a defect and I had to exchange it. Been eyeing the latest Caly 3.5 knives but I have to wait. Hard times ahead.

Tuff and PM2 are my choices.

The Tuff gives my thumb a very good workout and has made opening other Spydies a breeze. The PM2 just gives me more ways to play with and simply dances in my hand though not in the same way a butterfly would. The latter is one knife I am scared to buy :)

'twas the Spydie that bit me. I held my Cento 3 today and smiled to myself. I like it a lot. But circumstances dictated that I carry the camo Millie today.

http://www.ritdye.com/ It worked pretty well turning my grey scales black. (Note that I personally like grey, but I had tried to do an odd half and half pattern with the dye so when I was selling the knife a solid black seemed a much safer choice). Thanks Joshua. I have not come across this product...

I think a lot has to do with disposable income and age. I know when I was 25 and younger I wasn't going to spend 30 bucks for a key chain knife (beer). But I grew up and now spend way to much on knives in general. I used to reject smaller knives when I was younger, around 16-20 years ago. My mental...
