Moki makes their own line of knives, perhaps that is why they stamp "Japan" In reading about them, they are also in Seki City. So I guess that even though they don't say "Seki City" they are made there.

Mine came in yesterday. Beautiful knife. Very sharp out of the box. This was also my first Caly 3.5, always loved the Caly 3. For me, the 3.5 seems more natural in the choked grip. Agree with Mwalle6. D'fly in H-1 or ZDP. Either of these would be a great choice. If going to be around salt water, the H-1 would probably be better. Get both....you'll be a happy camper.
