To : ALL Having served as an infantryman ( 11Bravo ) I found a sense of emptiness that Uncle Sam never issued us a "field knife" ( i.e. general utility ) as part of our gear. I often wonder which Spydie might have been "up to the task" ? I still love my C 29BK "Cricket", but, the "bill" would requir...

Dear Bleeding Finger : I "scooped" you on this one I think. I got a micarta handle Calypso Jr. for $39.95 last year from J&L Self Defense Products ; the only "catch" was that it had their logo "tatooed" on the blade. However, a great knife. Just the right size, and, sharp as hell ! ATE
