I like the lock. A lot. Light, strong, ambi, very smooth. Hard not to like that.

The Native IV is very likely my favorite knife of all time. I love the heft, the compactness, the ergos and the aesthetics. Mine is currently en route to Spyderco to have them evaluate a few QC issues but the design is solid. I am hoping the folks in CO can improve on the product of those in Seki.

Both sound normal to me. The blade on my Cento IV is better centered than yours. The burr is completely normal. Alan, my knife blade pushes in too. Does not hurt anything and does not bother me personally.
