Hel Sal, about the Stretch 2 FRN, will the steel liners be imbedded in the FRN, like the Delica 4, or will they be the same size as the handle, like the Caly 3. I know this really is a difference between thinner G-10 and FRN, but I would personally want the stretch 2 to have full liners, if this mak...

So I went to my local wal-mart today...

I walked out of there mad, but at least i got a water filter :) Next weekend I may hit up the super wal-mart not too far away. and one more camping store...

to me that looks like it could get annoying, the end of handle in the middle of the blade, if that makes sense.

but ive found that once you use anything enough, it becomes pretty second nature.

index finger choil

A friend of mine has a nice (non :spyder :) with an index choil, which I really like. I was wondering if there is anything like the Delica (cheap, a clasic, popular) that has an index choil, or is it something I shouldn't be caught up with? I am gonna be heading off to Wal-Mart soon, as the only kno...

good point. but regardless, laser cut or mold cut, they both require minimal (if any) start up cost and no mass production cost (besides electricity and steel of course).

hey, im just petitioning it to cost less!

i think $15 is a little expensive for those. cause once you get the mold, just cut from sheet steel. or am i missing something?

or how about sharpening the edges and sell them as throwing stars, nay, throwing SPYDERS!!! :p :p

Tip down carry and ball locks? thinking...

I am very very eager to get my hands around a :spyder: , but havent yet. I am just busy and waiting for all these new models to come out. I know thats no excuse, but I figure if I buy 1 i want the most right away, it could help keep down the addiction. So With the possibility of a Stretch 2 FRN/VG-1...

I guess I would rather play it safe with a sub 3 inch blade. Thats ashame, my current blade is just under 3, and I sometimes find myself wanting more.

Kind of narrowed it down

So, the more I look at all these beauties, the more I need one. Right now its between 4 knives. The first real question is the age old Delica vs Endura. Other than the difference in length, blade width, and weight, these 2 knives are very similar. The next question is Spyderco vs Byrd. I like the ch...
