Michael mentioned to me about the time the Blueridge CF S90v came out that he would rather it had been blacked out with the production blade steel. Makes sense in this type of knife. But I do like the CF model quite a bit.

Its a symptom of production knives. Am sure most are close to perfect. Sounds like yours isnt.
Its not like you cant send it back to KW or Spyderco. Most would just take care of it that way. Rather than scaring everyone
or condemning an entire run.
