I think USN did an Endura as well. I would say that it is definitely possible.

I am gonna go the other way though. Can we get a 10V Caribbean? :)

I think that a G10 Native Salt has merit.
The USN Endura Wave combo edge is coated vg-10. I believe the Ladybug hawkbill was H1.

Re: C-60 Ayoob Campaign: No I Won't Shut Up

Put me down for two serrated! With the lack of serrated Sprints I haven't had to chase much and deal with the craziness therein, I hope these are made in great enough numbers they can be purchased without paying the secondhand scalper prices. I do believe with the rising interest and popularity of ...

Re: Rock Jumper comparison thread + general info

I have a Delica sitting in a ziplock in the garage, for whatever reason I just cannot get that particular lock spring to stay in long enough to get it together. Thanks for enduring the suffering for our benefit on this one.

Re: This is disappointing...

What surprises me is that the factories making these don't just make their own knives. They obviously have the tools and skill to make at least halfway decent $20 gas station knives. And those would sell too (for similar prices) and build a brand. I've bought some fairly decent China-made knives, r...

Guys, once again, let's keep this thread reserved for actual Bombshell posts by Sal. Comment on everything else in individual threads.
Could we please start posting this along with each additional bombshell post. This has completely gotten out of control.

Re: What are you buying from Reveal 6?

I'll be grabbing a handful of serrated Pac Salts and a Pink delica or two for gifts

I am listing so many of my EDC knives for sale today, now that the Pac Salt is going to FFG LC200N I feel like Inigo Montoya at the end of Princess Bride. Maybe I'll become a pirate?

Wow two knives I've been salivating over in one reveal!

I'm going to need 2-3 serrated pac salts and a pink delica.

Re: Spyderco Siren Observations

The Siren was the only knife I wanted from the last reveal and I carried it exclusively for a week or two when it finally arrived. Then bit by bit I started carrying the Pac Salt and the Carribbean again. Finally, I ended up not carrying the Siren at all and after a while I gifted it to a friend. It...

Re: 2020 needs more happy stories

That's awesome. I'd love to have my find my first one, it's somewhere in the house...or the car...or the garage. If I had to leave the knife collecting world a ladybug and a pac salt would be a great pair though!

Re: What will you be getting from the new reveal?

Yellow PAC salt and the Pochi are definites. I'm intrigued by the rockjumper but if there's a leaf blade on the way I'll wait for that. Better yet would be a Salt variant. Initially I would have gotten the swayback but upon further inspection it's a bit larger than I'd want for a secondary blade an...

Re: What’s Your Favorite Underrated Sleeper Knife?

The SE Caribbean and the SE Pac Salt are the two I carry almost exclusively right now. I even sold my Crucarta as it was getting no pocket time. If the Caribbean was a backlock so I could carry it IWB with peace of mind, it could be my only pocket knife. I don't think the Salt line gets the attentio...

Re: Post up your Rit dye projects..

After a first attempt at dying my Caribbean scales black resulted in a greenish yellow I regrouped and tackled them again last night. 1.5 bottles of RIT dye to approx two cups of water. Alternated between boiling and simmering. After nearly two hours a nice dark grey was achieved! By comparison I di...

Re: Which Endura is your ideal all-arounder?

Blast! Now I have to get some of these for a Pac Salt. Not sure that will work out: Pac Salt has no liners. You're right but I can do a swaparoo with liners from an old endura if need be. Frankendurasalt. I would be really surprised if the pivot hole to lock cutout geometry is the same. I believe y...

Re: Shipping of internal parts

I guess I'll need to contact customer service after tonight. I took apart my Caribbean to dye the scales and stripped two screws in the process. 😭 I've always dyed salt models in the past without breaking them down first, lesson learned.

Re: Swayback Lookout Thread

The price, size, not clip bothers me. I’m very excited for this release. A lynch clip will work nicely so I’m glad I have the option here. The extra holes for lefties does bug me though. As a lefty I would normally obviously appreciate the extra holes, I noted in a another thread it made no sense o...
