Re: Spydie Blade Hump - I’ve seen the light

I like 'em on a few models-- mostly the Stretch 2-- but generally prefer the 'humpless' models.

I find the Native 5 to be small enough for me to drop in a pocket unclipped.

I'd love a chance to have a Sage backlock.
There are two on BF Exchange for $250 LNIB... Seems like the best price I've seen in a while. What would a new one cost nowadays?
Thx. I hear you on the value. Appreciate the tip.

Re: Ghost from 1997

Haha, fancy hearing Swedish from Seattle :) It says Seki-city on one side and AUS8 on the other. Cheers Ja hej! Jag kan bara prata lite Svenska. I lived in Gothenburg in 2004-2005 and need to make a return visit. So maybe JIS screws after all? Is that Klotzli built? No, it is made in Japan. Thanks,...

14 now on the bay, only two remain at +$400.

CG
I wonder how those will do once everyone knows for certain that they're sold out.
Check out the sold and completed... there are 37-38. Didn't do the arithmetic, but average price might have been 300.

Re: Cruwear Micarta Native follow up to the Shaman??

So based on the Cru-carta mania, I am hoping that this is already in the works. A Cru-carta Native with liners like the S110V version (not sure they can do linerless Micarta?) would be a heck-uv-a mini pocket tank! Matte OD Green Micarta gets my vote. It would be hard for me to pass this up, even t...

Re: KnifeCenter CPM-CRUWEAR Native 5 with smooth black G10

I'm trying to figure out if I completely missed this or if I saw it and decided to pass for some reason. I love the Native, love Cruwear, don't mind smooth G10, and I don't mind black except I already have several knives with it including a G10 & LW Native. Maybe I skipped because I was already in ...

Re: What "Other" is in your pocket???

I’m doing a one-knife challenge for November over on the Bushcraft forum. Since I can’t have a fixed blade at work, there is an exemption for “legalities”... Here’s the November knive, a Mora Kansbol At work I’ll use the AEB-L Urban. Looks good. Good choice, it is a versatile knife with good ergos ...

I am going to shamelessly bump this thread. I never responded to it earlier and it only lived for a couple days before. Curious if we will get any other interesting additions? My list goes like this: SpydieChef : This was my gateway drug to Spyderco folders. The uniqueness and kitchen utility of the...

Re: Ghost from 1997

Gorgeous! Looks mint. Ah, the pre-Torx days! Is that Klotzli built? I don't know, I don't think so. Apparently it was only available through Ironstone/SFO. Maybe Sal will chime in if he sees this. Tack så mycket, Lars! Hälsningar från Seattle. When i first saw the screws i for some reason wondered ...
