Oh man, my Magnacut Mule is out for delivery. Should be here within an hour. Comes with leather sheath and micarta scales. It was such a reasonable price, I couldn't resist. It will go quite well with the m398 Mule I already have.

Ok, I got three other new knives in last week, so I got off this HIC Mule for a minute to re-profile them all at 15 dps.

update ::
1st pic below, M398, AEB-L, SPY27, 15V mules, each fits a little different.
Overall blade size/shape and scale thickness are the issues.
AEB-L is a loose fit, next SPY27 a tad loose, others ok.
Scale/handle thickness can be adjusted for by the hot-air gun bend, out then back up.
Custom ...

Well I got two new Mules in, one just in today. Today I got a ZDP-189, bevels all over the place on this blade. So, I figure I just check this blade out ... the bevels true'd up to 15 dps. All I can say is wow, it's just like M398 in this respect.

Now we see if it holds the edge well. I really like to ...
