It's great, and I do get a lot of stares and a few questions (mine has the USA colors), but the red side is rather "sticky" and refuses to flop around as loosey-goosey as the blue side. I've tried to flex the plastic, but it has only helped a little and I'm afraid of snapping it off.

If anybody ...

How's the BaliYo holding up!

Overall I would have to say my BaliYo is holding up pretty well. My shop is concrete floors so the tip of the pen cap has taken a little beaten but I think it will survive. Seeing as how reading directions is the last thing I ever do I forot to tighten the brass ring to make it a tougher twist to ...

Does anyone know if a regular fisher space pen refill will fit the Baliyo?

Wouter

The ink cartridges they put in the BaliYo are only made for the BaliYo. If you pull the top of the BaliYo off you'll notice the spirals grooves they put on to make it so you can twist to write. This is only on the ...

And I second that weighted insert, but maybe it'd be cheaper to make myself...

After first seeing the BaliYo at IWA in Germany that was one of my first thoughts. Because of the weight difference between the BaliYo and a Balisong I knew there would be some people interested in a weight kit for ...

AWESOME video! I like the song they used. I believe it is an original just for the BaliYo. The clip would make a great commercial. Cant wait for their release.

Are these also gonna be sold by Spyderco authorized dealers, or just from the BaliYo website??
I can't wait, I think I might be up for the gray one...

Authorized dealers of the BaliYo will have for sale at the same time BaliYo.com will. It's been a long awaited ordeal but patience has finally ...

Baliyo ready for July 4th????

flyguy wrote:Will the baliyo really be available July 4th?
As Sal previous stated in an earlier thread, one on the parts did not pass the break test and that might push back the release date a little bit. I believe if they were releasing in a week that we would be seeing more threads...just my speculation.

Have you seen the Byrd FireByrd

I just received my Byrd Firebyrd in the mail today. This has to be the coolest knife I've ever seen (partial to its functionality) Who would have thought to put a knife on your lighter...I can take a guess. For any of you who carry a lighter I highly recommend this knife. BTW...it also has a bottle ...

Just a small info summary, we've heard there will be two styles and multiple handle variations. We know there's the one that Eric showed in the videos, and there was talk about a bamboo handled one. Not going to be metal handled. So that's two variations, one style. Anyone know of the others ...

Any of the salt line will never rust. Just depends on size and shape of blade you want. I have a Tasman and a Pacific and they are awsome knives. One member is an extensive experiment and couldnt get any part of the knive to rust. they truly are "Rust Proof"

Thanks so much :D I guess all I have ...

Spyderco's Rust proof knife

I am looking for a knife that I can use on my boat. I am tired of getting knives that claim they "will not rust  " and end up being ruined in a week

Has anyone tried the Spyderco Saver Salt or any of the other rust proof knives. I have a lot of faith and confidence in Spyderco :D , but ...
