I was under the impression that the spot was recalled due to difficulties with the sheaths? Has this been rectified? If so are they in a back order status or are they readily available?

Can anyone give a definitive dates for dealers to receive the following models?

I just got word from my Spydie Djinni that there will be a 30 to 60 day delay on my Gunting and Milie PE. Is this due to the change in blade steel? Or just part of he normal process.

Fortunately my wife doesn't think so. She supports my knife habit more than I do. Nothing says love like a new Spyderco.

I understand that the Chinook 2 is already being received by Spyderco dealers. How valid this is I am unsure. If however it is true... If I were to place an order with my Spyderco djinni for a Chinook 2 would I receive it when I got my Gunting and other Spydie toys?

Who has a Spydie habit of more than $1,000 per year. I am going to place an order for over $500 and I can see it really getting out of hand this year. Is it just me or are their others?

As I understand things the Gunting was developed specifically for Martial Blade Craft. My question is do I have to train with the Gunting training tapes or can I use the MBC training tapes? I am curious are the Gunting techniques and drills that much more intricate than those used in basic MBC ...

When does the 2002 catalog come out? And how do I get one if possible?
