Re: BHQ Paramilitary 2 CPM M4 Exclusive.

Thanks for the response Kaze and I'm sorry to hear it. One question, was it the same location screw in yours? I guess we'll see if any more people speak up - should be interesting at least. I will probably poach a screw from one of my s30v PM2s and sand these ones before they go into the blade I ...

Re: Re:BHQ Paramilitary 2 CPM M4 Exclusive.

Hello Everyone,
Kinda new to the forums (also tend to read more than post) but long time Spyderco fan nonetheless. I recently was lucky enough to add two of these PM2's to my collection; one into the rotation for carry and the other to be safely tucked away. I have a question to ask of the rest of ...

Re: Pimped Techno

Thanks guys, it's really a cool little knife and has become my favorite EDC. It has its quirks, but what knife doesn't? If you're on the fence about picking one up, make the jump! :)

Pimped Techno

What's up everyone? I finally decided to customize my beloved Spyderco Techno. It was my first titanium framelock, and I fell in love with the thing (much like all my other Spydies). I torched the Ti slabs, wire clip, stainless hardware, (polished screws) and threw a CUSCADI glow in the dark ...

This just happened with my son's Sage (the one he stole from me...). He said it was rough. So I lubed the pivot - same thing. Still rough. But when I held the liner open, it was smooth, so I lubed and cleaned the ball detent. Im no pro, so I just stuck a toothpick in there and tried to rotate the ...

Hopefully someone will be able to help you out. I had an old Gerber knife that started doing that, and I could not fix it after lots of trying so I finally just got rid of it. At the time I thought that the problem was that the ball was not rotating, but as I understand it now they aren't designed ...

Sage isn't buttery smooth anymore

Hey guys, So I've had my Sage since the Proto-type models were out. Mine's number 199. :)

It used to be buttery smooth opening and closing, but now for some reason its really rough. Making it almost difficult to open with my thumb if you're used to how spidies usually open! I've cleaned the knife ...

Very nice. I just got my M4 Mule today. I'm excited to get some scales on it. I'm leaning towards G10, but I may just settle for a cord wrapped one until then. :)

I know exactly what you are going through. The eye rolling and the "stop playing with that, you're going to cut yourself!" Right?

It's a healthy obsession.

I love my Manix and play with it constantly. Congrats!

Haha exactly. Except I have cut myself right after she told me that. It wasn't with ...

Yeah, my Mini Manix pretty much took the place of my PM. I just really like the weight of the knife. It feels so solid! Its tough not playing with it where ever I am haha. My girlfriend hates it already. :p

I'm almost afraid to ruin mine; but at the same time, I'm kinda eager for a chance to put it through its paces and see what it can really do. :D
Haha I feel you there. Mine's been great so far. Such a great knife!

Thanks guys.

Malice, I was using a 100 watt and a 60 watt Reveals and 2 small desk lamps. So you're right about the light being dimmer on the left. I had it shining down from above. I know how to make an infinity board now haha. Thanks for the tip! The white background is just some white poster ...

Manix Mini... Finally

Just got my new Manix Mini out of the mail box. All I have to say is this thing is solid! It makes my PM feel like a toy weight wise. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. :)

It's a true saying that you can't please all the people all the time. Give the same knife to three people and one may feel the action is too stiff, another think it just right, and the third wish it were tighter. Are you sure the pivot is the issue? Does the blade swing open reasonably freely if ...
