Topic: Sal any update on kitchen knives?

I think the idea of sprint run knives for a nice kitchen block could bring a level of intoxication that could bring around a new market. I can think of a few that to me would be awesome additions as the set would progress for the block. This could end up being something that not only would people b...

Sal, I love the design of the Tuff. I would prefer it not to have dimples though. As this will be a hard use knife, and my personal opinion would be simplicity. But this is of course just my opinion. Thank you for listening.

Ya, get rid of the dimples. No need for a bowtie on a bulldozer. Also if this isnt in 3v, I will be extremely disapointed, like stated by others in this thread.

Fakes are Getting Better...

Found this one on the Bay, took me a minute looking it over to ensure it was a fake, China is getting better and better. The velcro pouch was a giveaway though :) http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Spyderco-lockback-folding-knife-VG-10-Seki-Japan-silver-/230681973843?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35b...

I cant wait for this knife. I am so hard on knives, I try to stick to M4 or 3v. This will be a great pocket chisel!

PE Hawkbill H1 Ladybug
A few other Ladybugs, like in M4, and 3v.
Uhm, well 1200 or so others asked for it, and I would like one as well, a Normal Dodo with an orange handle. WITH the ball lock, like the original.

Old School Bradleys....

It seems the Bradley has gone through three variations since it came out. I have seen some that I have held and used that seemed to lope a little on the edge making me believe the RC hardness isnt quite as high as the first ones. Also the grinds on the newer ones seem to be quite different. Making ...

Well I look at a knife in a different means then most. I need something I can put my life on that it will work and perform. Chinese products in general do not fit that catagory, think of toothpaste for example. Think about it. Would you buy or use any of the following if they were made in China, or...

As did I, I forgot to add on the Name, so I fixed it, that is why I also edited my post.

That looks to be the very early clips used on the first miltaries before they went to the 3 screw clips. That military also has slotted handle screws, I have never seen those on a military, even the old ones I have seen with the 2 screw clip are not slotted. Looks to be a parts knife put together w...

The clip doesnt look right. Its also missing the other hole that should be there. No telling, but it would seem to be a fake. A good fake though.

I have had mine since day one. My numbered one. I have carried it everyday since then. By far the nicest knife I have ever carried and used, easy to sharpen, and holds that edge for eons. By far the nicest spyderco for actual use, even nicer then a lot of my customs..

I too will not buy 154CM or CPM-154. I have found that it is a joke to even AUS-8 and VG10. It chips, and is CONSTANTLY dull. I will not buy it ever again. I had one knife with this so called steel, and was surprised that a Boker Biscuit did better in edge retention. Never again, I say. Hold out fo...
