I just looked at the Botach site. The shipping cost would double the price of a Photon II. I prefer PE because the vast majority of my knife use is just good old normal pocketknife stuff: scraping, scratching, fiddling, slicing, poking, carving, etc. And for that, I prefer the versatility of a plain edge. I can't remember EVER having to hack through a rope or seatbelt or netting, or ...

I like the shape of the Goddard but found mine too darn big ... I traded it for an Endura and never regretted it. I don't own one, but I really like the utilitarian looks of the Pro Grip Lightweight.
