I also feel that it looks kind of strange when its closed. I actually want one really bad because I live right near salt water but I haven't gotten passed the way it looks closed

I think that's a great idea. I live very close to salt water and would find it to be very useful while on the boat and hanging around the beach.

As they have discontinued the Spin and the etched cricket you might look to those too (if you dont have them). They don't cost much more than a Ladybug at the moment and are super thin secondary knives. I only have the regular SS version of the cricket in SE and I love it. But now that I look at th...

I sharpen the rounded end on a Spyderco 302 benchstone and I sharpen the concave arch part with either a set of 701 Profiles or the Sharpmaker. Thanks for the tip :) You have a window of about 6 to 10 months to get one at a reasonable price. Because after that I look for them to dry up and get very...

Received my Captain today..

I carried it around and used it all day and all I have to say this is one of the best knives I've ever had. I never really liked the knife at first but figured I would give it a shot. I thought it would be awkward but it's seriously one of the most comfortable knives for me. I'm really glad I was ab...

Currently I switch between an Adventura, Delica 4 SE, Centofante 4 and I have an SE cricket on my keys. Not that I have anything against these knives I just want something a little heavier than FRN but not as slippery as SS can be sometimes.

Sage owners

I'm thinking about leaving all my other knives in my little collection and just getting a sage for my user, is this a smart idea? I mean i love all my knives but its too much all the time to rotate and think about what to carry and have more than one sometimes. What are your opinions on the sage? I ...
