Thanks Michael. I hadn't really thoght of throwing knives as being very practical before, but I guess it could be in the right situation. Even if you did miss though, the thought of seeing a Boker Applegate-Fairbain Smatchet hurtling towards their head would at the least deter or distract someone fr...

Not sure what issue, but it was under the "must have" things or something like that.

Self Defense Training Video

Sal, I live pretty far from Colorado and will probably never get a chance to visit and take the MBC course. Would it be possible to make a self defense video? I know that nothing can compare to the actual class and live instruction, but could a video even begin to explain the basics? Any info apprec...

I find that gun oils work pretty well.(haven't tried WL or tuff-glide though)Benchmade recomends Militec1 for their knives. Don't know if Militec is any good either, but gun oils don't attract moisture and do a nice job of lubricating and preventing rust.

Hi Toolin. What exactly does your girlfriend do? I mean is she a waitress, does she take orders, etc.? If she works around people a lot, the Cricket is more Sheeple friendly than the Native. If not, SS handles look better but are slippery when wet. Hope this helps. P.S.-VampyreWolf,hope your thumb g...

I have seen switchblade combs and they are fun to play with and also to scare the crap out of people! A balisong comb would be awesome! Chinookaholic, even if they did make it past security I'm not so sure it would make it tho the other side of the Atlantic! I would hate to lose a Spydie to some airport idiot that put your bag on the wrong flight.(maybe that same guy who left a Spydie/Walker collab open in the change collection dish )

It has a half serrated sheepsfoot blade, bottle cap opener, phillips screwdriver, straight screwdriver, and eyeglasses screwdriver. Only drawback is that it opens with two hands. If you really want a one hand blade, ...
