Hi and welcome, nice pictures as well.

It seems only the population count is used for calculating rank (or at least as its first parameter). If we shift some people from industry, transportation, ... to regular population we could potentially lower our rank faster. :)

We're hovering around the 165-170 mark, we need an increase in clickers or we'll just stay static.
