Weird I live in Saskatchewan(Prince Albert) and carry a Millie as my EDC and even own a SS Police (fully serrated) I find the millies tip seems more breakable than my police.
I think the poster who brought up the Police meant the new one the P3 not the original though. The Millie seems very much ...

Well I have had my Spyderfly for a few weeks and I stil love playing with it but the fact it won't lock open is still annoying. It is like holding a pair of scissors. If they new they could not lock it open you would think they would have designed a better handle. It is excellent when your holding ...

One of the designers was nicknamed "the hobbit from ****".

This is one of the most exciting knives I have seen come out in a LONG time.
I have been wanting someone like Spyderco to make a copy of this knife but it looks like this will actually be an improvement over the Al Mar and Rekat designs ...

I had 2 of the MT01 but sold the spare and my M4 MT02 is one of my favourite knives ever. I had a great couple sheaths made by On Scene Tactical which really made them awesome EDC knives especially for neck carry. I am seriously considering a MT03 as well.

Whats the difference with tip up or down?

I just came back from a motorcycle camping trip with my S30V G10 Millie and it was ideal. I was worried it would not be sturdy enough but it was just enough knife.
It was long enough to prepare food but still EDC-able.
I used to think I did not like ...

Just got my first PE blue dodo and the thing is amazing. It was also like NIB with no "B"
for 120$ Canadian.

I would much rather see a orange Yojimbo than a dodo.

Don't think Spyderco is safe from this nonsense. We have an inertia law(centrifigal force) on the books here in Canada and it means lots of normal folders get stolen by customs and innocent people getting serious weapons charges. The only one hand openers that are not
at risk ironically are ...

**** there are a LOT of ridiculous laws about knives especially balis.
Usually laws come about because of a need but I don't think there was ever any case where someone said "if only this bali did not have a decent handle".

Why doesn't the Spyderfly latch open?

I just got the 440C version of the Spyderfly and am wondering why the latch does not work when the knife is open?
It seems like a very big detail to miss and the handle is terrible to actually use and get a grip on.
It feels like there is something wrong and the handle is not coming together all the ...

I got some from Eric at OST(On Scene tactical) I am VERY happy with. He also made an incredible little kydex sheath for my SS Police that is about the size of a matchbook yet holds the knife totally securely. I attached a minitekloc and can clip it anywhere.
He also gives good deals to serving ...

Funny ,my EDC today was my Gin1/tufram handled Worker. I really love that knife. Tufram sucked on big knives like The police I have because it was so slippy but on the small worker with the big clip you don't even notice and it makes for a very slick and good looking handle. I love the dark colour ...

Who is Janich working with?

I voted for him because I like the Yoj best of the MBC but a Shivworks fixed blade would be darn cool and a great match for all the lucky ducks with PKals.

Perrin is awesome.

I think there are 2 ways to go with an MBC knife. 1 and the way Spyderco is particularly good ...

I have found that if you get the right Emerson it is like a perfect fit or they can be a total disappointment. Still I do think once you find that magic one it is well worth it.
I really like the spear point blade and the A100's blade shape as well.
I had a commander with the wave and did not like ...

Will the production model be a framelock? If so it is definitely a "must have" not just a "I will try to resist". Great looking knife for sure.

How about another nice neck knife? Like a Spot or Swick but make sure it has no ring so it is Canada legal. Steel S30V ,nothing to crazy but good quality.
A neck knife would be perfect for a sprint run because it is not quite popular enough for a regular run but there is a real following for them.

I have not got5 anything but the grey boxes yet but I really like having the boxes to my knives. I would even prefer a well made box without the printing and just some stick on labels like the Chris Reeve boxes.

I just bought a used StreetBeat without a box and was wondering if I could get one for ...

My sentimental knife is my second pattern FS Dagger because I have wanted one since I was a little kid and it is an important part of my countries history.

Of course I have a special Spyderco as well. I have wanted a fully serrated Police SS for almost as long as the FS. I finally got one this fall ...
