Hi Vampyrewolf, I have read a few of the posts in this thread but not all of them by any means so, if I repeat someone else's idea, I apologize. I thought th reading response was great. I am an avid reader too. I am also an avid pool player so that would work for me. You might consider volunteer wor...

The compression lock is actually one of the strongest locks in existence. Some people complain of slight blade play after excessive, forceful flipping. Shouldn't be a problem if you don't do that. It may be that the blade play comes about as a result of deformation of the stop pin holes in the line...

If I'm in jeans, I usually carry a Para. If in a suit, I prefer the lighter Native or CLB Trance.

Hi guys, Just wanted to offer the opinion of an old guy here. Do yourselves a favor and keep your knives to yourselves and concealed. It's nobody's business if you're carrying a knife or not and fighting city hall will get you nowhere. The sheeple will win out and complaints like those referenced wi...

Hi David, Glad to hear you're having a good time. Chicago is my home and I miss it very much. If you get the chance, try to see a Cubs game in Wrigley Field. Wrigly Field is a very intimate ball park. Also, try to stop at Uno's for a pizza. Uno's is at the corner of Ohio and Wabash. If you travel to...

I don't know the laws in California but I'd carry pepper spray, at a minimum if I had to pass near those dogs. Do the dogs bark and disturb neighbors. Does the law allow them to keep them in the front yard like that...I guess it's okay since the police have already been there. If the dogs appear to ...

Welcome back Samo. We don't know each other but I'm glad you've returned. It looks to me as if you live in paradise. My dog has a pack similar to the one your dogs are wearing. However, my dog is having hip problems and is no longer able to carry her stuff. Or, she's faking so I'll carry the water b...

I find that setting deadlines helps, exercising helps (it's a cross training thing...get moving physically and it helps to clear the mental cobwebs), and having a set schedule helps. YMMV Agent Starling I agree completely. Sometimes just accomplishing some small thing is so satisfying it leads to b...

It's funny how lots of people believed all the smoke he blew during his campaign.I bet there are lots of people who wish they could back pedal now. I hope that at least privately they admit they were taken in by the smooth talker. However, I won't hold my breath waiting for any public an...
